Corn Bread (Shalene)

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 1/3 cup flower
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 Tablespoon baking powder

In a large bowl beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar and beat until well blended. Add oil and milk. Sift flour, salt, cornmeal, and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Fold in ONLY until moistened.
Grease 9x13" cake pan. Bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes.
