Baked Rigatoni (Mindy)

5 cups cooked Rigatoni (16 oz.)
1 lb. ground Italian sausage cooked crumbled and drained
1 clove of garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
4 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
½ cup sour cream
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
6-8 slices provolone cheese
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

Boil and drain pasta.  Brown sausage and drain.  Add basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.  Mix tomato sauce, sour cream, pasta and sausage together.  Put half of the mixture in a 9x13 pan.  Place provolone cheese slices on top and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.  Add remaining mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. Until brown and bubbly.
